I am an explorer. I am an adventurer. I am about finding authenticity, both within and without, and with a compassionate, curious, and honest light.
Pursuit of finding the self: the discovery of truth and creation, resourcefulness, alchemy, song and dance, and the freedom within.
Keri is native to the United States, where she became a Registered Yoga Teacher through transformational, enriching and thorough programs and studies of vinyasa at the Bhaktishop, yin yoga with Bernie Clark, restorative yoga with Yoga Journal co-founder Judith Hanson Lasater, as well as additional studies of aerial yoga, Air Yogalates, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy with other great teachers.
Keri has been an avid adventurer, athlete, dancer, snowboarder, and teacher through many modalities and loves that yoga is another adventure and journey in itself—she believes in creating a safe, yet opening practice space for body, mind, and spirit—both in life, and when teaching yoga. She sees yoga as a cultivation of self- and collective awareness, self-love, compassion, and a practice of being present. Her style of teaching focuses on intention; the condition of mind, heart, and breath; and finding depth. Her approach is characterized by playfulness, mindfulness, and presence in all types of practice include vinyasa, yin, and aerial yoga. She looks very forward to practicing with you!
