I am an explorer. I am an adventurer. I am about finding authenticity, both within and without, and with a compassionate, curious, and honest light.

My Mission

Pursuit of finding the self: the discovery of truth and creation, resourcefulness, alchemy, song and dance, and the freedom within.

As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.
— Henry David Thoreau

Keri's Bio

Keri Padon is a Yoga and Aerial Dance Instructor, a certified Kambo Practitioner, and a budding Clinical Herbalist. She is passionate and compassionate in her endeavors and offers her vocations and skillsets to your personal journey; searching to discover truth, trust, harmony, strength and ease through exploration of movement, inquiry, and the incredible wisdom and medicines of nature.

Yoga

Seeing yoga as a cultivation of self- and collective awareness, self-love, compassion, and a practice of being present, her style of teaching focuses on intention; the condition of mind, heart, and breath; and finding depth. Her approach is characterized by playfulness, mindfulness, and presence. After becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher through the transformational, enriching training at the Bhaktishop in Vinyasa, she further completed teacher trainings in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, trauma-informed yoga with Street Yoga, Restorative Yoga with Yoga Journal co-founder Judith Hanson Lasater, as well as additional studies of Aerial Yoga, Air Yogalates, Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy with other great teachers. She looks very forward to practicing with you!

Kambo

As a Kambo practitioner, certified by Kambo International, Keri offers treatments to lend to personal growth and health optimization. Kambo is a very unique treatment, which, while currently no clinical studies have been conducted to substantiate health claims, Kambo’s constituents are a multitude of highly beneficial peptides, which have been studied and we are able to see it can offer significant possibilities. Holding space in treatments is of her highest priority, keeping you safe and supported.

Herbalism

Herbalism has also been a budding passion of Keri’s. She sees and perceives humans as an extension of nature and believes that connecting more intentionally with nature and plants, that there is great healing to body, mind, and soul. She has been a student of Clinical Herbalism at Vital Ways Institute in Portland, Oregon, and is constantly looking to learn more and to simply be with plants and nature, calling them friends.
